Private‑equity firma Barnes Group Inc., gevestigd in Bristol, Connecticut, verbreedt zijn industriële voetafdruk door de overname van de Italiaanse robotica specialist Gimatic S.r.l. De deal markeert Barnes Group's inaugurale stap in robotica en automatisering, complementerend zijn welgevestigde plastics en moulding oplossingen bedrijven.
